I require a 50% deposit that can be paid directly on my website through PayPal. Or, I can invoice you through PayPal once we connect by email. I can also Venmo you or you can pay by personal check or through Zelle.
30 days before arrival, I require the final balance.
My cancellation policy is as follows: In the event you are forced to cancel, I will make every effort to re-book your villa for a 20% service charge. However, no deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Any nights not able to be rebooked will be your responsibility but hopefully the 20% service charge will cover a lot of these losses and Hopefully I will be able to rebook all of your dates! In some cases we may be able to reschedule your visit to another time slot in the future. Refund arrangements can largely depend on the amount of notice given to me of your cancellation, and on the time of year. No refunds will be given within 15 days of arrival under any circumstance.
