Rates are a total price (including all taxes and fees) and
are based on double occupancy for 7 nights.
 Should you wish to
request specific days, please refer to the calendars below. The
first one is for the Villa, and the second is for the Cottage.
Our detailed reservations policy can be found
at the bottom of this page.
Please be aware that, in keeping with our
environmentally friendly outlook, we do not allow smoking on the
property.
How to use the booking calendar:
Click on the day you would like to arrive and
then click on the day you would like to depart. Then, click on the
"Contact/Enquiry/Booking" tab, fill out the form, and send it off to
us. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible. We love to
talk to people who are interested in booking with us to answer all
their questions, so please feel free to call us or include your
phone number!

Reservations must be paid for with a 50% deposit at the
time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event
of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking price will be
assessed, provided that the dates can be rebooked. If the dates
cannot be rebooked, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Rates and reserved dates
listed on website are subject to change without notice, but are guaranteed upon
receipt of the deposit.
