 A House of Open Arms is a two-unit villa in The one-bedroom Villa is located on the lower level of the main house, and opens up to an expansive porch with a wonderful private garden and an absolutely breathtaking 180-degree view of the sea. The Villa features a pool, spacious living room, private bathroom, and full kitchen. The Cottage is a studio suite, featuring an airy main room that serves as a living room during the day and a bedroom at night. It also features a private bathroom with an outdoor stone shower, wraparound porch with a phenomenal view of the sea, and an outdoor grilling area. Want to hear what our guests have been saying? "arms" of the island that reach out to wrap the knob of Fortsberg in
their folds. From every point on the property, there are amazing views
Hillsides rich with nature surround A House of Open Arms. Many species of birds grace the property, including bananaquits, hummingbirds, kestrels, bullfinches, and frigates. The feeders on the porches of the Villa and Cottage are always alive with activity, bringing beauty and song to A House of Open Arms. Artist/owner Catherine Perry has a private art studio located in the upper level of A House of Open Arms.
